You can create Paragon Collections account by following the 4 simple steps below :

  • Click on “My Account” link in the top bar.
  • Then Click on “New Customer”
  • Fill your personal details
  • Press “Submit” and you’re all done!
  • Pick the products you love
  • Choose the colour and size that’s perfect for you
  • Click Add to cart or buy now and click “continue”
  • Type your delivery address and other details
  • Select your payment method and click on “Checkout”
  • Enter your payment details on the secure page
  • Woohoo! You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

You can currently pay in CAD$ only.

To make a Payment:

  • Click on Cart
  • Proceed to CHECK OUT
  • Input or select Delivery Address
  • Select Payment method
  • Click “Pay” and all done.

No. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, you may not change your payment method.

Paragon Collections accepts all major credit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, Amex or Discover.

Your card details will be protected using the PCI DSS Compliance (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ) used by our payment gateway partners.

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our payment gateway partners for payment processing.

Please be assured that every credit card transaction on Paragon Collections occurs within a secure environment.

At Paragon Collections, as we deal in only bulk quantity so it always depends on the number of units you have ordered to produce. Normally it does not take longer than 15 working days for small orders after your receive the order confirmation email. However large order(s) may take 20 to 25 working days to fulfill the order(s). Please also note that this timeline might be delayed if you place your order late in very busy peak business season.

You can track the real-time status of your order by signing in to your account on Paragon Collections.
Once you are logged in click on your name (appearing on the right side of the top menu) and select “Track Order”.

Please keep the “Billing Email” ready which you used during checkout and also keep the “Order ID” which was given to you on your receipt and also in the confirmation email you should have received.

For total refunds you must cancel your order within first 12 hours after placing the online order and receiving a confirmation email. If you cancel your order later than 48 hours of order placement time you will have to pay penalty according to the rules and regulations. Please check our Terms & Conditions or Agreement document for the references. For more details click here.

Click on My Account link. Login to your customer account and go into Customer Dashboard. Here you will see “Orders” on your left, click on it and select the order you want to cancel. Finally press the CANCEL button. You will receive an email with order cancellation details.

In order to apply for Refund first you need to cancel your order within the first 2 days of placing order.

To apply for Refund first login to your Customer Account then go into Customer Dashboard and click on “Orders”. Now you can apply for REFUND from here.

There are multiple channels to contact our team. The first an efficient channel is our Live Chat where you can directly send a message and get respond quickly. In case of non-business hours you can still be informed as soon as we receive your message. Other contacting channel is our email, contact@paragoncollections.com where you can contact us through email and we will respond you within 24 hours. The third way is through our contact form which is considered to be a more effective way to get any kind of query.

It is very simple and reliable way to setup a seller account on paragoncollections.com. Simply click on the link “Sell on Paragon Collections” given in the top bar and register as a Seller/Vendor first. Then go into ‘Store Manager Dashboard’ to setup your own store for selling on Paragoncollections.com.
