Shipping and Delivery Policy

Being a responsible entrepreneur we know the importance of time and commitment in business. That’s the reason we always work with enthusiasm to maintain our best quality features and on time delivery process. Hence sometimes due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems some shipping delays may occur. In such an unexpected and unpredictable situation our team has always been responsible to inform the buyer(s) about circumstances and resolve the issue to get the order(s) delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

The international shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paragon Collections is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@paragoncollections.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
